We were proud to showcase our Effluvage Indirect® Corona system at the All4pack trade fair. This patented technology that was developed by our teams remains unique to the global marketplace today. The innovation lies in the absence of a counter-electrode, which is usually required at the rear of the surface to be treated. This technology can thus be used to treat large areas and geometrically complex parts of any thickness or width. When combined with plasma treatment, this unprecedented technology can treat all substrates or formed parts whose surface is cleaned and activated immediately before being printed or glued. Speeds can reach up to 25 metres per minute, even if “disruptive” agents, such as releasing agents, are present on the given surface.
